How much does it cost?
It depends on how big your server is and what you want in it. Describe your idea and we’ll agree a price with you on Discord or by email before any work starts. Hosting is included in the monthly price.
Is hosting included?
Yes. We host your server for you, so there’s no hosting to buy and no hosting account to set up.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants their own Minecraft server without the technical work: a small server for you and your friends, a growing community, a content creator’s server or a large public network. You don’t need any experience running a server.
What kind of server can you build?
Any kind, on any Minecraft version and any server type: survival and SMP, Skyblock, Factions, KitPvP, minigames, modded or something completely new. We set up what goes in it too, such as ranks, worlds, shops, menus, an economy, crates, quests and events.
What do you look after once it’s live?
All of the technical side: server and plugin updates, bug fixes, troubleshooting and regular backups. We also keep improving your server with changes, new features, balancing and new Minecraft versions. Message us on Discord or by email whenever you need something.
Are big changes included?
Everyday changes, fixes and new features are part of the service. Very big jobs, such as a large custom plugin, a complex system, a full redesign or a network of linked servers, can cost extra, and we’ll always agree that with you before we start.
What about paid plugins?
Free plugins are part of the service. Paid plugins, maps, models, resource packs and other paid content aren’t included unless we’ve agreed on them. If your idea needs any, we’ll talk through the cost with you first.
What access comes with your server?
Admin permissions in game, and console access too if you ask and it makes sense for your server. It’s a managed service, so the hosting panel, the server’s files and the hosting logins stay with our team.
What happens if you cancel?
Your server stays online, and we keep supporting and developing it, until the end of the time you’ve already paid for. After that it goes offline and our work on it stops. Its files, settings and backups aren’t handed over for hosting elsewhere, and they may be deleted.
